He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Posey; his stepfather Cecil Posey; and his grandparents, Glenn, Wilsie Kelley, Elbert and Lessie May Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Horn Kelley; his son Lee; his daughter-in-law Jessica Kelley; his grandchildren, Lillian Sheffield, Kaydence Kelley and Kannon Kelley; his father James Kelley; his stepmother Christine Kelley; and his siblings, Susan Frazier (Kenny Wayne), Julie Kelley, Stacey Kelley (Keenar) and Kevin Posey (Alisha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other extended family members and friends.
