She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Watson Adams Sr.; her parents, Sidney Joe and Mary Myrl Bryan Allen; and her siblings, Lloyd Allen, Glen Allen and Gladys Edsel Allen Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Geissla Holmes (Donnie), Cathy Adams (Claude) and Mike Adams Jr. (Pam); her grandchildren, Jennifer Bowen (Michael), Candice Foster (Steven), Alex Adams, Amy Moman (Gaither) and Ashley Whittington; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Bowen, Logan Foster, Conner Joe Foster and Noah Whittington; and her sister Violet Allen McAhren.
