He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pouncey Lowe; his sons, Steven (Regina Lowe) and Dereck (Sophie Lowe); his grandchildren, Sterling Lowe (Alycia Newman), Dalton Lowe, Haley Peavy, Danielle Caffey, Wesley Peavy, William Lowe and Braden Lowe; his great grandchildren, Jimmy Lowe, Marley Brown, O'Rya Lowe and Addison Lowe; his siblings, Michael Lowe (Cornelia), Thomas Lowe (Rosemary) and Linda Tadlock (David); and his brother-in-law Otis Cleckley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
