He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Harper and Annie Pearl Harper; his son Randall Waymon Harper; and his sister Debra Harper Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Faye Roberts Harper; his grandsons, Jeff Sides (Morgan) and Daniel Sides (Kate); his great grandchildren, Sarah Kate, Grayson and Sutton Sides; and his siblings, Carey Harper (Carol) and Reverend Greg Harper (Sharon). He is also survived by his family, friends.
