He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Edmondson and Jody Anglin Edmondson (Anglin); his siblings, Nelda Edmondson Harry, Larry and Leonard Edmondson; his parents-in-law, Alberta Maddox Walters and Winford Lee Walters; and his nephew Anthony Scott Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his daughter Karley Edmondson Nelson (Matt).
