She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn Jean Lyons; and her grandparents, Roscoe and Minnie Sinclair. She is survived by: her husband Percy Mackey; her children, Shonda Lyons and Ahmad Lyons (Chakeysha); her siblings, Billy McNeil (Ida Mae), Matasha McIver (Tony), DuQuone Wallace (Christine), Linda McNeil and Sam Lyons; her grandchildren, Deavon Maultsby, Ahmya Lyons, Kevarius, Nakiyha, Ahnaya Lyons and Amir Lyons; and her great grandchildren, Maliya McNeil and Kaydan Deavon Maultsby.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary and Crematory Inc. (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Blanks Family Cemetery.
