He was predeceased by: his parents, Bama Hall Tucker and Rev. William R. Tucker; and his brother William Lee Tucker (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Tommy (Pilar), Joel (Nancy) of Guyton, GA and Peggie Nelson of Guyton, GA; his grandchildren, Samantha Mirabal (Erich), Jason Tucker, Stefanie Crain (Richard), Traci Mondry (Stephen), Cody Nelson and Suzanne Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Tommy Tucker, Ethan Mirabal, Aiden Mirabal, Elena Mirabal, Logan Mondry, Leila Mondry and Abigail Crain.
