It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael C. Davis of Lanett, Alabama, born in Hogansville, Georgia, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Davis and Doris Lunsford Davis; and his sister Sandra Davis Moncus. He is survived by: his children, Keri (Marty Lindsey), Dana (Brandon Cobb), Emily Davis (William Fowls), Michael Whitely Davis (Whit) of Lanett and Clifford Wayne Davis (Chip) of Jasper. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
