She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Walker; her siblings, Sara Mae Philpot, Sylena Smith, Evirt Blye Walker, Fannie Lou Buchanon, Alzater Huguley, Leola Andrews, Henry Blye and Jonny Blye; and her son Clinton Bell Brock (Angela).
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy (Sylvester), Bettye (Tony), Vanessa James Jr. (Marvin), Veronica Brock Bonner and Sue Redd (Terrence); and her close friend Bettye Travick. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
