We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2024, at the age of 103, Luther Z. Heath Jr. of Lanett, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Pearl E. Heath; his son Olin Phillip Heath; his parents, Luther Heath and Irene Heath; and his siblings, Lewis, Charles, Harry, Ray, Jim and Martha Loveless.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Magourick, Sally Dejournette, Luther Z. Heath, III and Sara H. Gore (Tommy); his grandchildren, Sheila Bassig, Eva Rackow (Victor), Charles Carnley (Janice), April Turner and Robert Gore (Amy); and his sister-in-law Bernice Williams.
Flowers will be accepted or the family suggests that memorials be made in Luther's memory to Chattahoochee Hospice.
