He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Cantrell and Leroy Cantrell; his sister Antricia Cantrell; and his son Jeffrey Cantrell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell Cantrell; his children, Steve Cantrell, Wally Simms (Tammy), Karen Harper and Laurie Brown; his grandchildren, Lisa Harper, Stacie Simms, Leah Simms, Steven Kirby and Jesse Kirby; and his brother Donald Cantrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
