He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cody Fuller and James Bryant Fuller; his brother Robert Cody Fuller, Jr.; and his great grandchild Gabriel Trevor Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Marie Fuller; his sister Shirlene Washburn; and his children, Richard Harold Fuller Jr. (Lori), Alan Tigner Fuller (Renee) and Marie Paige Fuller. He is also survived by nine grandchildren + 3 inlaws and 11 great grandchildren.
