He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Jack Rowe and Alice Smith Rowe; and his siblings-in-law, Rebekah Manheim and Gary Warcop. He is survived by: his wife Frances Manheim Rowe; his son Michael Rowe (Sandra); his grandchildren, Katie Del Carmen (Ezequiel) and Brent Rowe (Candace); his sisters-in-law, Beth Tinney (Brad) and Carole Warcop; his niece Kandy Parciasepe (Stephen); his nephew Chase Tinney; and his aunt Ethel Smith. He is also survived by several cousins; several great-nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
