We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021, at the age of 98, Dorothea Minton of Lanett, Alabama, born in Halifax, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Worley Minton; and her brother Jack Whitehead. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Minton (Gerri) of Macon, Tom Minton (Beverly) of Lanett and Ed Minton (Becky) of Naylor, Georgia; and her brother Tom Whitehead of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
