He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Clifton and Mary Clifton; and his siblings, Donald Clifton, Calvin Clifton, Bobby Clifton and Trudy Hannah.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Clifton; his children, Wayne Clifton of Lanett, Alabama and Linda Fawley (Robert) of Lanett, Alabama; his grandchildren, Matthew Fawley (Kimberly Coggins) and Meagan Fawley (Emily); his great grandchildren, Morgan Fawley and Gracen Fawley; and his sister Louise Bowman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
