He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Phillips and Lois Phillips; and his brother Harry Phillips (Cougar). He is survived by: his wife Avie Phillips; his children, Charles M. Phillips (Toni), Steve Phillips (Amy), Beth Miller (David) and Amanda Phillips; his siblings, Ray Mitchell Phillips (Rose) and Kay Ingle (George); and also, Reba Sanders, Tim and Debra Parson. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
