He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Finley and Mary Finley; and his sisters, Bobbi Nix and Blanche Finley. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Finley; his children, Tammy Finley, Malissa Moore (Larry) and Charles M. Finley; his siblings, Carol McClendon (Roy Jr.), Sue Herrington and Richard Finley; and his grandchildren, David Moore (Crystal), Amanda Kent (Woody), Christopher Moore (Brandi), Jeremy Moore (Jane) and Rebekah Breland. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and many family members.
