He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Stout and Kathleen Osborne Stout; his stepfather Odell Osborn; his siblings, Betty Stout Joiner and Jimmy Stout; his half-brothers, Dale Thomas Osborn, Donald Ray Osborn and Jerry Lee Osborn; and his stepsister Rene Strong.
He is survived by: his half-sister Brenda Hill; his stepsisters, Belinda Black, Denise Saxon (Chuck), Adell Osborn (Don) and Michelle Coulter (Bennie); and his sister-in-law Iva Osborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
