He was predeceased by: his stepson Brett Butler. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Davis; his children, Peggie Mundy, Penny Valiani and Ben Davis, III; his stepdaughter Miranda Sturges; his grandchildren, Davis, Nichole, Scotty, Katie and McKenzie; and his great grandchild Carlee.
