She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey Duncan and Vivian Estelle Brazell Duncan; her husband Leonard Lee Willingham; and her siblings, Gail Duncan Irvin and Joe V. Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Moore (Gary) of Chicago; and her sisters, Marlene Thompson of Tampa and Ramona Ramsey of Tampa. She is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
