He is survived by: his daughter Carol Weaver (Ken); his grandchildren, Danielle Smith (Clay), Luke Self, Wesley Gober (Savannah), Alex Gober (Madison), Kinsley Gober, Dawn Hughes (Blake), Brandon Hunt and Melanie Wlodyga; his great grandchildren, Katlyn Head (Tyler), Jack Smith, Nora Smith, June Smith, Hannah Hughes, Dakota Hughes, Ridge Hughes, Kohen Gober, Mabry Gober, Arley Gober and Declan Gober; his great great grandchildren, Brooks Head and Tate Head; and his siblings, Helen Hawk and JW Gober.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
