Bettye Ann Ray of LaFayette, AL; his sons, Walter Brooks (Lisa) of LaFayette, AL, Stanley Brooks of LaFayette, AL, Anthony Brooks of Peachtree, GA, Wayne Williams (Sharon) of LaFayette, AL and Josiah Beasley of Opelika, AL; his father Willie Jr. Heard of Roanoke, AL; his siblings, John Otis Ray of Panama City, FL, George Medows of Five Points, AL, Roger Heard of Washington, Tracy of LaFayette, AL, Wendy Jennings of LaFayette, AL, Janice Todd of LaFayette, AL, Jacqulaline, LaQuita Heard of LaGrange, GA and Kathy Pleasure of Columbus, GA; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Huguley, Christine Thomas (Jimmy), Earlene Ferrell, Shirley Ann Sims, Dorothy Ray and Alton Hutchinson (McCurdy); and his nieces and nephews, Jerontavious Flournoy (Quana) of Opelika, AL and Deborah Tillman (Marlon) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by twenty four grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren.
