He is survived by: his wife Judy Leverett of LaFayette; his son Lauren Leverett (Juli) of Little Rock; his sister Harriett Jones (Allen) of LaFayette; his brother-in-law James F. Adams, Sr. of Kershaw, SC.; and his nephews, James F. Adams, Jr. of Bloomington, Ind, Tom Adams of Mt. Holley, NC. and David Jones of Birmingham.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the First Baptist Church in LaFayette.
