He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Woody of Opelika, AL; his stepchildren, Wanda Allen of LaGrange, GA, Cynthia Weaver of LaGrange, GA, Betty Haynes of LaGrange, GA, Richard Haynes of Auburn, AL, Shirley Haynes (James Whitlow) of LaFayette, AL and Micheal Haynes of LaFayette, AL; his grandchildren, Symira, Seaquzia, Terranie and Kirstan; his great grandchildren, MaKenzie, Traco, Kylie, Kendall, Payton, Korie, Bently and Koril; his brother Robert Lee Henry of Roanoke, AL; his aunts, Margaret Hardnett of LaFayette, AL and Kader of Miami, FL; his niece Valerie Moss of Roanoke, AL; his nephew Ashley Henry of Roanoke, AL; his cousin Debra James of Five Points, AL; and his close friend Betty Lou Haynes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel (612 M. L. King Drive SE, Lafayette, AL 36862). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Skyview Memorial Gardens (31171 US-431, Five Points, AL 36855).
