He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Theron Elwell, Jr. and Bricene Goble Elwell; and his brother Jeffery Alan Elwell. He is survived by: his son Ryan Elwell (Michele) of Youngsville; his grandson Tyler; his significant other Phyllis Martin; his brother Terry Elwell (Becky) of Wenatchee; his sister-in-law Cindy Elwell of Youngsville; and his grandchild Brice Elwell.
