He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Heath (Ruth-Rehorn) and Ruth Harrelson (Walker); and his children, Crystal Heath, Tiffany Johnson and R. Brooks Heath.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Adams (Andy) and Randy Heath (Virginia); his stepbrothers, Jeff Rehorn (Pam), Paul Rehorn, David Rehorn and Rodger Rehorn (Cindy); his wife Luann; his son Brandon Heath (Laura); his grandchildren, Haleigh, Allison, Kellan, Addison-Kate Heath, Kason and Kaslyn-Grace Short; and his uncles, Ray Heath and Luther Heath. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
