Phillips of Atlanta, GA, Shemeka Phillips (Westley Harper) of Lawrenceville, GA and Chiquita Phillips of Greenville, AL; his granddaughters, Altonza Payton and Ma'Kailyn Betton; his great grandchildren, Avion and Delayza Payton; and his siblings, William Phillips (Georgia Ann) of Roanoke, AL, Denia Crosby of Crestwood, KY, Bernice Holman of Birmingham, AL, Benny Higgins of Wadley, AL and Kenneth Phillips (Nannette) of Roanoke, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
