He is survived by: his wife Patti Clemons Smith of LaFayette; his daughters, Shannon Nicole Miller of Mobile, Randi Claire Smith of LaFayette and Emma Lee Smith of LaFayette; his brother Wayne Smith of LaFayette; and his grandchildren, Mason Clemons and Miller. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
