He is survived by: his children, Tracy Taylor, Cristy Sipple and Lisa Starling; his siblings, Charles Rusty Starling (Becky), Beverly Mayhand, Wanda Key and Sue Brunson (Charles); and his sister-in-law JoAnn Starling. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 7 nephews.
