He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Williams; his children, Shawanda Williams of LaFayette, Lakedah Williams (Marcus) of LaFayette and Chris Frazier of LaFayette; and his siblings, James Williams Jr., Patricia White (Steve) of LaFayette, Mildred Grady (Herschel) of LaFayette and Carla Ross (Larry) of LaFayette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
