She was predeceased by: her daughter Rachelle Hains Arabie; her grandsons, Matthew C. Hains and Jeremy M. Delcambre; her parents, Herbert Paul of Rayne and Angelle Bordes Simpson of Rayne; and her siblings, Herbert Simpson, Jr., Herman Simpson and Martha Meaux of Gretna, LA..
She is survived by: her children, Price L. Hains, Jr. (Jody) of Stephensville, LA, Clement P. Hains of Lafayette, Harvey J. Hains of Lafayette, Dallas R. Hains (Lisa) of Lafayette, Marcia Hains Chamberlain (Richard) of Lafayette, Carrie Hains Kelly of Lafayette and Angela Hains Sonnier (James) of Opelousas; her sister Myrtle Comeaux of Rayne; and her son-in-law Shannon Arabie of Lafayette. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and numerous dear nieces, nephews and friends.
