She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Lee Welch and Gladys Davis Welch; and her siblings, Peggy Fleckenstein and Larry Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Brown of Five Points, Kay Brooks of LaFayette and Tammy Ingram (Don) of Marvyn; her granddaughters, Mary Katherine Conner and Elizabeth Halsey; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Conner, Thomas Halsey, Melody Halsey and Elizabeth Ann Halsey.
