He is survived by: his wife Delois M. Sims; his children, Jermaine Sims (Kimona) of Newnan, GA, Marcus Sims (Tiffani), Derek Maddox (Sonia) and Lakesha Maddox of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Tony Sims (Elaine), Shirley Simpson (Willie), Annetta Smitherman (Lesley), LaGale McCray (Tydious) of Columbus, GA and Bevelia Allen; and his friend George Lloyd. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
