She was predeceased by: her parents, Cooper Looser and Rosalee Looser; her husband L. L. Benefield (Shorty); her grandson Justin Benefield; and her sisters, Betsy Looser and Barbara Ann Bradfield.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Bryant (Michael) of Wadley, John Benefield of Milltown and Jason Benefield of Penton; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Logan and Jocelyn.
