He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Victor and Sevina Alice Flanagin; and his sister Margaret Mounger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Flanagin; his children, Deniece Harris, Greg Flanagin and Alecia Flanagin; and his grandchildren, Johnathan Harris, Ashley Flanagin, Matthew Flanagin, Christian Smallen and Stacy Flanagin-Parker.
