He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Nell Hardnett; his children, Earline Finley (Anthony) of College Park and Jessie Lee Hardnett, Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Valencia Zetia Hardnett of LaGrange, Darian Bass of Enterprise, Jaquan Monte Powell of LaFayette, Jeremy Charod Hardnett of LaFayette and Shuntavia Alyce Finley of College Park, Georgia. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and one living aunt.
