He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hosey and Bama Lee. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Terri Miller (David) and Brent Royster (Delaine); his grandchildren, Samuel Miller, Daniel Miller (Tori), Ben Royster, Caitlin Royster, Mary Dean (Jeremy) and Ashley Royster; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Esley and Stella Miller. He is also survived by several in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews, a host of other beloved family members, and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (2408 Co Rd 62, La Fayette, AL 36862). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers may be sent to the funeral home, or donations may be made in James' honor to Rock Springs Baptist Church Building fund.
