He is survived by: his children, James Keith Bassett of LaFayette, David Denson Bassett (Penny) of LaFayette and Lisa Marie Bassett of Texas; and his siblings, Paula Bassett of Montgomery, Becky Bassett of Maine and Rodney Bassett (Gloria) of Montgomery. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren 2 Great Grandchildren.
