He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis Johnson and Ruth Clolinger Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda, Jennifer and Chris Johnson; and his sisters, Lynda Foster (Doug) of Penton and Alice Townley of LaFayette.
