It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Holliday of Lafayette, Alabama, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son George Dawson of Cusseta, AL; his stepdaughter Barbara Ann Jones of LaFayette, AL; his sisters, Alice Jane Reid of Franklin and Jenny McLendon of Franklin; and his grandsons, Tommie J. Ferrell of LaFayette, AL and Andrew Ferrell (Jackie) of LaFayette, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
