Looney (Lafayette, Alabama), born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Engo Looney and Ethel Bertha Johnson Looney; his brother Thomas Engo Looney; his parents-in-law, Clark W. Ozley, Sr. and Mae Clote Griffin Ozley; and his siblings-in-law, James Yearta, Billy Joe Burette and Brenda Ozley Clark (Norma).
He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Levonia "Ozley" Looney of LaFayette; his children, Teresa Looney Lovelace (Greg) of LaFayette and Timothy C. Looney (Anya) of LaGrange; his sister Ailene Looney Yearta of Kansas City; his grandchildren, Megan Lovelace Fulghum (Brandon) of Tallassee and Jacob W. Lovelace (Amber) of Wadley; his stepgrandson William P. Barnes (Kristina) of LaGrange; his great grandchildren, Lily Fulghum, Lila, Adlee Lovelace and Asher Lovelace; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Joey, Titus and Elliana Whiddon; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Ozley Hanners (Angelo) of LaGrange and Ray Clark of Lineville.
