It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Icie Hutchinson (Lafayette, Alabama), who passed away on August 21, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Alton Hutchinson of LaFayette, AL; her stepdaughters, Shirley Ann Sims of Opelika, AL, Christine, Thomas, Earline Ferrell of LaFayette, AL and Hattie Mae Brown of Lanett, AL; her grandparent Junior McCurdy; and her nephew Eddie B. Holloway. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirty-eight step-grandchildren, thirty-nine great-grandchildren, fifty great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
