He is survived by: his mother Bette Atkins Guidry of Lafayette; his siblings, Mona Izzo (Danny) of Lafayette, Carla Guidry of Clearwater, FL, Joy Kennamer of Oklahoma City, OK, Jill Guidry (Jeff Barnard) of Santa Rosa, CA and Brent Guidry of Lafayette; his half-sister Carmen Perrin of Lafayette; his nieces and nephews, Megan, Jill (Jarod), Sara, Alyssa, Simone, Sam, Jeff and Jackson; his great-niece Marren; and his brother Grady Lynn.
