With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Greg M. Fachan of Lafayette, Alabama, born in Crowley, Louisiana, who passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques Albert and Jeannette Cormier Fachan; and his siblings, Randall Fachan, Jeorme Fachan and Jackie Bankston.

He is survived by: his wife Melanie Roth Fachan of Lafayette, Louisiana; his stepdaughters, Bonnie Smith of Navarre and Annie Choate of Lafayette, Louisiana; his siblings, Larry Fachan (Monica) of Crowley, Louisiana, Sherry Broussard of Dunnellon and Molly Baudoin of Lafayette, Louisiana; and his stepgrandchildren, David Lapeyrouse, Thomas Lapeyrouse, Jason Choate II, Tara Girouard and Kade Girouard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
