She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Railey and Grady Birchfield; her siblings, JW Birchfield, Cathleen Hand, Junior Birchfield, Frances Smith and Laverne Smith; her husbands, John E. DeLoach and James C. Gilmore (Jim); her mother-in-law Lula DeLoach (Red); her children, LuAnne D. Berlin (Craig) and John A. DeLoach (Ann); her grandchildren, Jaime Berlin, Cristi Giguere, Sam Coburn (Hannah), Lexus Bice (Josh), Harper DeLoach, Matt Coburn and Tara; and her great grandchild Jack Harper Bice.
She is survived by: Meredith Birchfield (Joe Saloom). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their spouses.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jeff Jones Funeral Home (152 Alabama Ave E, La Fayette, AL 36862). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Center Baptist Church (2511 Co Rd 33, Fyffe, AL 35971).
