He is survived by: his wife Sarah Berry Carlisle; his children, Debra Hytower (Richard) of Carrollton, GA, Ivy Jones (Roger), Reeta Lewis (Joe), Wyvetta O'Neal (Chris), Derrick Carlisle, Jr. (Rolanda), Ken Carlisle (Tedra) and Aimee Heard; his sister Maurine Jackson of Five Points, AL; and his brother-in-law Andrew Joe (Mae). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.
