She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Brooks (Jamie); her grandchildren, Jacob, Austin and Hannah Brooks; her siblings, Gwen Adams (David), John and Joel Welch; her nephews, Clanton McWhorter, Stacey Welch and Dave Adams; and her pets, Monkey and Bubba.
