She is survived by: her husband Steve Fulghum; her children, Brandon Fulghum (Megan) and Kelly Hurst (Adam); her grandchildren, Hayden Hurst, Lily Fulghum, Halle Hurst and Lila Kate Fulghum; and her sister Cathy Joyner (Van). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
