He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Kim Brooks (Wesley), Phillip Kendrick and Robin Meadows (Mike); his grandchildren, Morgan Sides, Dylan Moncus (Nicole), Ryan Meadows (Sydney Found), Macayle Kendrick, Gabe Brooks (Kaylin Green) and Ashlyn Kendrick; his great grandchildren, Grayson Sides, Tatum Moncus and MaKenna Moncus; his sister Margie Adams; and his sister-in-law Judy Kendrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
