She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Gillenwaters. She is survived by: her children, Mark Gillenwaters (Kay) of Camp Hill, Vickie Pattillo (Scooter) of LaFayette and Wayne Gillenwaters (Sandra) of LaFayette; and her brother James Kendrick of Wedowee. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren.
